From the Hand of the Pastor:

               Welcome to our online site of Abyssinia Baptist Church.  We are excited that you have decided to visit this site.  As we grow in the community and in the Lord we are growing together in Jesus with a wide range of educational backgrounds, culture and cultural styles.  As we share the vision of God, we take God’s Word as serious business.    Our mission here at Abyssinia is to worship God in our church and the community through evangelism, discipleship, fellowship and service. 

Our Church is built to equip the saints, network with other believers in Christ who are authentic and have enduring relationships that challenge us to go forth and teach and preach the word of God.   As any new member to the body of Christ we are so delighted to have you come and join us, visit us in worship and we even want to extend to you our helping hands, listening ear or just a shoulder for you to lean on.

We thank God for the growth that is taking place here at ABC, through Evangelism, teaching and preaching.  We thank the Lord for His protection for us as we strive to reach the goal that HE will have for us as a body of believers.
